Applicant will need references that will verify customer support experience.
Applicant must be able to work from home. Must have an appropiate office environment with a newer computer, a telephone line, reliable Internet access and a variety of software programs.
Additional Requirements
* Applicants should have access to virtual fax and voice mail (monthly allowance provided). Get - Virtual Fax FREE
* A Logitech ClearChat Pro USB Headset is required to work from home and can be ordered online HERE
* The Gregg Reference Manual is also helpful (not required) for training and testing. All candidates interested in Data Entry opportunities are required to pass a skills test.
