REQUIREMENTS

Applicant will need references that will verify customer support experience.

Applicant must be able to work from home. Must have an appropiate office environment with a newer computer, a telephone line, reliable Internet access and a variety of software programs.

*  Previous experience in administration or customer service 
*  Flexibility to work varied shift on a 7 day schedule 
*  Excellent admin abilities and knowledge
*  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
*  Leadership skills in an area of admin speciality 
*  Superior time management and prioritization skills 
*  Virtual faxing and online chatting experience strongly preferred 

Workspace Requirements: (if not currently present, will acquire) 
*  A private workspace, where ambient noise can be minimized during work hours. 
*  A desk and chair that allows proper installation of your technical equipment. 
*  An analog phone line that can be dedicated to calls (monthly allowance provided). 
*  Internet service meeting minimum requirements (monthly allowance). 


Additional Requirements

*  Applicants should have access to virtual fax and voice mail (monthly allowance provided). Get - Virtual Fax FREE 

*  A Logitech ClearChat Pro USB Headset is required to work from home and can be ordered online HERE

*  The Gregg Reference Manual is also helpful (not required) for training and testing. All candidates interested in Data Entry opportunities are required to pass a skills test.
